Where the expressions “School”, “we”, “us” or “our” are used in these Terms, they refer to Little Kingdom School operated by STAR EDUCATIONAL TRUST.

5. Online Payments
The website may allow parents or guardians to make online payments towards tuition fees, admission-related charges or other authorised school-related payments.
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway, including banks, card networks, UPI service providers or other authorised payment service providers.
The School does not ordinarily receive or store complete debit-card, credit-card, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or similar confidential banking credentials. Such information is processed by the relevant authorised payment service provider.
Successful submission of a payment request does not by itself constitute confirmation of payment. A payment shall be considered received by the School once the transaction is successfully confirmed and reconciled.
6. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Transactions
If an online transaction fails but the amount is debited from the payer’s account, the issuing bank or payment service provider may automatically reverse the transaction.
Where the School receives a duplicate or excess payment, the parent or guardian may request verification and refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Parents should not make repeated payments for a transaction showing as “Pending” without first verifying its status wherever reasonably possible.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All requests for refunds, cancellation of payments, duplicate payments, excess payments and withdrawal-related fee adjustments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund or remedy that is mandatorily available under applicable law.
8. Payment Receipts
Where available, an electronic or physical acknowledgement or receipt may be issued following successful payment.
Parents and guardians are advised to retain the payment reference number, transaction ID and receipt for their records.
